Do our people need to download an app?
No. They point their phone camera at the QR code in the pew, and this Sunday's bulletin opens in their web browser. Nothing to install and no account to create.
I'm not technical. Can I really do this myself?
Yes. Each week you start from last week's bulletin, change what's new, and press Publish. Most pastors are done in about ten minutes. If you can write an email, you can do this.
Do we print a new QR code every week?
No. You print your QR code once. It always opens the bulletin you published most recently.
How do our members start getting the bulletin by email?
Share your sign-up link once, by email, text or Facebook, or let them scan the QR code on Sunday and tap “Stay connected.” From then on, every bulletin you publish lands in their inbox.
What about members who prefer paper?
One click gives you a printable version, folded and ready to copy. Print a few for the members who want paper.
Who gets the emails?
Only people who said yes. Every email has an unsubscribe link and your church's address, and anyone who unsubscribes is never emailed again.
Are prayer requests private?
Requests marked private are only visible to the pastor and are never included in emails, printouts or exports. No other church can ever see your information.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
Yes, but nothing is charged for 14 days. We'll email you 3 days before your first payment, and you can cancel in Settings with one click before then. If you cancel, you pay nothing.
What happens if we stop paying?
Your bulletin and sign-up form stay online, but emails pause. We never delete your people or prayer requests.
